About me — Petro Liashchynskyi

Software engineer and researcher.

I build backend and distributed systems — mostly Node.js and TypeScript, NestJS, queues, Redis, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, AWS — and work in Python for machine learning. Most of what I write here comes out of problems I hit in production.

I also hold a PhD in Computer Science from Lviv Polytechnic National University, working on deep learning for biomedical image analysis. See research.
